API Key (Bearer)

Jobber Integration

Connect your AI agent to Jobber to automate client management, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and GPS-based dispatch. Your agent uses a Bearer API key for fast, secure access.

What your agent can do

Once connected, your agent can manage your full Jobber workflow.

Client management

Search, create, and update client records. Your agent can pull up a client's full service history before answering their call.

Quoting

Build and send quotes with line items, optional add-ons, and client-facing notes. Your agent can follow up on pending quotes automatically.

Scheduling

Create visits, assign team members, and manage the schedule. Your agent can find open slots and book appointments directly.

Invoicing

Generate invoices from completed jobs, send payment reminders, and track outstanding balances.

GPS tracking

Access team location data to provide customers with accurate arrival estimates and route-based scheduling.

Prerequisites

Before you connect, make sure you have the following.

  • An active Jobber account with admin access
  • Access to API settings in your Jobber account
  • Your API key generated and ready to copy

Step-by-step setup

Connect your agent to Jobber in under 5 minutes.

1

Log in to Jobber

Sign in to your Jobber account with admin access. You will need permissions to manage integrations and API settings.

2

Navigate to Settings and find API access

Open your account Settings and look for the Integrations or API section. Jobber provides API keys for authorized accounts.

3

Generate or copy your API key

Create a new API key if one does not exist, or copy your existing key. Store it securely. You will need it in the next step.

4

Add the credential in ClawTrust

Go to your agent's dashboard, open the Credentials page, and click "Add Credential." Select API Key (Bearer) as the type and paste your Jobber API key.

Credential details

Enter these values when adding the credential in ClawTrust.

FieldValue
Credential TypeAPI Key (Bearer)
API KeyYour Jobber API key from Settings
Allowed Domains*.getjobber.com, api.getjobber.com

Your API key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored on your agent's dedicated server. The allowed domains restriction ensures your agent can only use this key with Jobber endpoints.

Example actions

Here is what your agent can do once the integration is live.

A new client calls requesting a lawn care quote

Your agent creates the client record in Jobber, gathers the property details, builds a quote with line items for mowing, edging, and cleanup, and sends it to the client for approval.

A recurring client wants to reschedule their visit

Your agent looks up the client's upcoming visits in Jobber, finds available time slots that match the client's preference, reschedules the visit, and notifies the assigned team member.

A customer asks when the crew will arrive

Your agent checks the team's GPS location and current schedule in Jobber, calculates an estimated arrival time, and sends the customer an update with a realistic window.

End-of-day invoicing

Your agent reviews completed jobs for the day, generates invoices for each, and sends them to clients with a payment link. Outstanding balances from previous jobs get a follow-up reminder.
